This facility was close to home! The team members to stand out to me was Brenda Ellis, Jayln, Sylvester, Kesha, Matthew, and Hershey!

These people here are great and you can tell that they really care about their patients. They're so lively and energetic, with great spirits. The staff take excellent care of my mom, who's there now.

I've been here at Spring Gate for 11 years and I love it! One of the team members here that really stood out to me is Lakeisha Scott---she is very kind to me.

Thank you for the wonderful care of our father while he was in your facility. The staff were always warm & friendly, and we really appreciate all their hard work. Mitch in Therapy did a great job! Dad started walking again with his walker. Forever grateful.

The reason I chose this center is that my family chose it for me. Everyone was wonderful!

I was admitted to the facility on 10/3/2013. At the time I was admitted I was very large and in a lot of pain. The respiratory unit gave me excellent care. They got me talking when I thought I would never talk again. The second time I was picked up by therapy. I was totally helpless. There was one therapist Sharon who was very patient and kind to me. She understood I was in pain and therefore took baby steps with me. Because of her I was able to get the courage to keep going. Now I am able to move around by myself. The wound care nurse took good care of my tract wound. It healed wonderfully. I had some of the best CNA’s taking care of me. The activity department always had something going on. I love Gene, she kept things fun. When I was considered non-compliant there were so many people who kept taking good care of me. I felt loved and cared for here. The kitchen food is so good since Darrell is here. He comes to each table talking to us about the food. He brings special food to us in our rooms if we do not get up. Over all I am very pleased.

I knew Spring Gate was right for me because it was so close to home. Sharon, the P/T, and Jen, the O/T really stood out to me. I feel like everyone here is my family. They motivated me when I had given up and gently pushed me along. I can stand up and will soon be walking and going home!

The reason I chose this center because the VA chose this center to help me gain weight and get stable on my feet. Tameka Moorehead was not my nurse but she always asked if I was OK and if I needed anything. It was a nice place with nice employees. But I do hope I do not have to come back, except to visit.

All of the staff members are nice to me, Everyone here is nice!
