Spring Gate’s Admissions and Clinical Team

The reason I chose this center is that it was chosen by my VAMC. Farnesene and Tamika stood out to me as team members! Very kind, helpful, always willing to help. We need more caring people like her.

Everybody was great to me.

I was admitted to the facility on 10/3/2013. At the time I was admitted I was very large and in a lot of pain. The respiratory unit gave me excellent care. They got me talking when I thought I would never talk again. The second time I was picked up by therapy. I was totally helpless. There was one therapist Sharon who was very patient and kind to me. She understood I was in pain and therefore took baby steps with me. Because of her I was able to get the courage to keep going. Now I am able to move around by myself. The wound care nurse took good care of my tract wound. It healed wonderfully. I had some of the best CNA’s taking care of me. The activity department always had something going on. I love Gene, she kept things fun. When I was considered non-compliant there were so many people who kept taking good care of me. I felt loved and cared for here. The kitchen food is so good since Darrell is here. He comes to each table talking to us about the food. He brings special food to us in our rooms if we do not get up. Over all I am very pleased.

All of the staff members are nice to me, Everyone here is nice!

If you are looking for a special place for your loved one Spring Gate Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is the place to bring them.

You will feel at home when you first walk in the door and see Mrs. Freddie who will greet you with a lovely smile and warm welcome.

I would personally first thank Lisa McAdory who is the supervisor over the respiratory therapist she will see personally that your loved one is taken care of.

My grandson who resides there was on a ventilator for almost two years who was having a difficult time in weening. But after I talked with Ms. Lisa and she told me that she was going to do everything she could to get him off the ventilator I started to trust her and start letting her do her job her way and not my way everything worked out good.

Now, as of February 06, 2019, my grandson is off the ventilator.

Ms. Lisa and her R.T. 's does good work on Station 4 which is the ventilator and trait floor. It wasn't easy but God thank You for Ms. Lisa and her R.T.'s.

Spring Gate Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has train C.N.A.'s especially Ms. Sherry Moore. Thank you Quan CNA, Destiny CNA and the whole staff at Spring Gate!

Everyone here has been very good to me and I love being here!

Thank you for the wonderful care of our father while he was in your facility. The staff were always warm & friendly, and we really appreciate all their hard work. Mitch in Therapy did a great job! Dad started walking again with his walker. Forever grateful.

All of the staff treat me nicely here and I love the amount of freedom that I get here!
